- 90 day permit fee: $100
- 3 consecutive day permit fee: $50
- 1 day permit fee: $25
- Event permit fee: $50
- Event permit with power fee: $60
- Application fee may be waived for 501c non-profit events with proof

Insurance3 rules ▾
- Vendor must indemnify and release City of Molena and its agents from all liability
- Mobile Food Vendor must maintain $1,000,000 liability insurance policy from Georgia licensed company

- Mobile Food Vendor cannot sell between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. unless approved by City Council
Renewal & expiration2 rules ▾
- Mobile food Vendor permits are active for 90 days from issuance date
- Three day food permits are authorized and must state validity days prominently

- Mobile Food Vendor must comply with City of Molena's noise and nuisance ordinance
- Vehicle must have two rear-vision mirrors
- Vehicle must have reverse gear signal alarm
- Vehicle must be marked with vendor name and address for ice cream/frozen products
