  • Vendors will be assessed for all damages or extra trash clean up within the park generated by their operation
  • No refunds will be given for any reason once permit has been issued
  • Failure to comply with mobile food unit permit terms is a violation of City Code Section 1345

Food Truck Permit required for city parks and public events. MFUs on private commercial/industrial lots need written property owner permission but no city permit.
