- Fee for each space is $100.00
- All fees are due with registration and non-refundable

- Vendor takes full responsibility and liability for equipment, wares, art, materials, personal property and persons

- Vendors not participating whole weekend may take down booth at end of daily event time
- All cars must be off grounds each day by set up time
- May leave tent up until Sunday at 10:00
- No driving on grounds until event is over, only authorized vehicles allowed
- Vendors must not utilize loud speakers or megaphone devices
- The person named on registration or their representative must be present at booth at all times to sell items
