- Single Event Temporary permit (1-14 days) with Lincoln establishment or non-profit: $90
- Annual Temporary permit (multiple events over 12 months) regular fee: $430
- Annual Temporary permit (multiple events over 12 months) non-profit fee: $215
- Event Market permit for 1 to 5 vendors: $200
- Event Market permit for 6 to 10 vendors: $400

- Annual Temporary requires food managers listed on application with permitted food handlers
- All employees must have valid food manager/handler permits per Lincoln Food Code 8.20.190
- Temporary volunteer food servers exempt from permits if trained, pre-approved, no bare hand contact, and sign health affirmation

- A commissary is required if temporary operation is not complete standalone for all food preparation, storage, and/or cleanup
