- Mobile Food Vendor Permit required per Ordinance 691, Sections 5-209-5-216
- Must apply for Mobile Food Vendor Permit to engage in Mobile Food Vending in Osceola
Operating restrictions5 rules ▾
- Mobile Food Vendors prohibited from selling food from City Park property except designated Food Truck Court
- Mobile Food Vendors prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages or alcoholic food items
- Vendors permitted one menu/identification sign and one table only, positioned adjacent to unit
- Mobile Food Vendors may only locate at designated parking stalls at Food Truck Court on south side of City Park
- Maximum of 2 Mobile Food Vendors allowed at Food Truck Court per day, each vendor limited to once per week
Hours of operation1 rule ▾
- Operating hours are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week, subject to limitation by authorities
Renewal & expiration1 rule ▾
- Permits are valid for one day only and must be renewed each day

- Must comply with all state laws including fire suppression, equipment maintenance and Osceola noise ordinances
- Representative must be present with Mobile Food Vending Unit at all times during operation
- Must provide trash receptacles and clean up trash within 20 feet, cannot use public containers
- Mobile Food Vendors shall provide their own generators as power source
- Must have proper means of grease disposal if using deep fat frying equipment
