- Temporary food vendor permits must be displayed during the event
- Raw shellfish vendors must provide harvest tags from approved vendors for inspection review

- Proper storage for food and utensils must be provided
- All food items must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground
- Condiments must be protected from contamination
- Cutting boards must be free of excessive scratching and scoring
- Food employees must wear hair restraints and body-covering clothing
- Bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat food is prohibited; employees must use suitable utensils
