Belville Permit Rules & Requirements
Permit fees2 rules ▾
- All fees paid to the Town of Belville are non-refundable
- Food vendor booth space fee: $75.00 cash or $77.25 by credit card
Insurance2 rules ▾
- Must obtain current Certificate of Insurance for General Liability Coverage effective for event location
- Town of Belville must be included as Additional Insured

- All permits must be obtained 14 days prior to the event
- Menu with prices must be displayed
- Current Certificate of Insurance Form, NC Sales Tax Form, Fees and Application must be submitted 4 weeks prior to event
- Must submit Food Vendor Application AND NC Sales and Use Tax License Form
- All forms and fees must be submitted before event approval
- Must print a copy of form for records and mail or fax signed copy to Town of Belville
- Must obtain license prior to show and advise Parks & Recreation Board of license number upon receipt
