- Food trucks must have minimum Class 2A, 10B, and C rated fire extinguisher, plus Class K if deep frying
- Vendors must connect to Town electrical power if needed, applies only to Town-owned property
- Food truck vendors must provide appropriate lighting around truck when operating after dark
- Generators are not allowed
- Each food vendor is responsible for their own waste collection and disposal
- Fire extinguishers must be maintained pursuant to NFPA standard 10
- Food truck vendors must comply with all local, county, and state retail sales tax regulations
- Town permits must be displayed on vehicle and visible to public
- Permits cannot be transferred, sold or leased to another vendor
- Previous permits must comply with new terms within 30 days of ordinance adoption
- Only permanent vehicle signage and portable menu sign up to 6 sq ft allowed
