  • Cannot conduct business in ways that would restrict property access, interfere with pedestrian traffic, create public nuisance, increase congestion, constitute hazard, or obstruct emergency vehicle access
  • Must use existing street lighting only, no additional exterior lighting permitted, interior lighting allowed, no flashing lights
  • No signs permitted except those painted or applied directly onto the food truck/trailer
  • Selling of alcohol is prohibited
  • Trash must be removed daily from the site
  • All equipment and storage must be located on or within the food truck/trailer, except for trash receptacles
  • No furniture, umbrellas or other objects outside of the food truck/trailer
  • Cannot obstruct pedestrian or vehicular traffic flow to/from businesses, public buildings, parking areas or public right-of-way
  • Food truck may only operate in the location approved on the site plan and cannot be moved without new permit
  • Each food truck must have minimum 36 X 9-foot area (approximately 2 parallel parking spaces)
  • Ingress/egress locations must be outside sight triangle if near intersection
  • Food truck/trailer must not interfere with pedestrian or vehicular traffic

  • Must maintain minimum 25 feet from any fire hydrant
  • Drawing must show distance from any fire hydrant
  • Must maintain adequate distance from any residential district
