Local Operating Rules

Fire code permit from Fire Marshal required before MFU permit issued. Must disclose Central Preparation Facility (name, address, permit number). Zoning: must be on property zoned to allow the activity with written property owner permission.

Local jurisdictions may still enforce local laws that do not conflict with Chapter 437B, such as fire, zoning, parking, location, nuisance, or special-area rules where applicable.
