Local Operating Rules

Annual Mobile Permit from Tarrant County Public Health for ongoing operations. Central Preparation Facility required. Fire inspection required. City zoning and ordinance compliance required separately.

Local jurisdictions may still enforce local laws that do not conflict with Chapter 437B, such as fire, zoning, parking, location, nuisance, or special-area rules where applicable.
