Local Operating Rules
Annual permit: $100 (low-risk) or $250 (high-risk). Must return to commissary at least once per day of operation. Certified food manager required for hazardous foods. Route itinerary form required. Permits expire Dec 31. Apply via cityworks.beaumonttexas.gov.
Beginning July 1, 2026, Texas mobile food vendors are licensed by the State of Texas / DSHS under Health & Safety Code Chapter 437B.
