Local Operating Rules

Four classes of mobile food units (Class I-IV) with different requirements. Monthly itinerary of planned locations required. Private property only — prohibited on public property and city right-of-way. Cannot occupy required parking spaces. 2A:10B:C fire extinguisher + K-rated extinguisher for oils/fats. Commissary visit logs must be on vehicle.
