Local Operating Rules

Annual permit $300 (ice cream pushcart $200). Cannot operate within 1,000 ft of school, special event, or city event. No street, median, sidewalk, or residential sales. Must report to commissary daily and store unit there. Parks only via Food Trucks In Parks Program.
