Local Operating Rules

Must submit and maintain current itinerary (all locations, hours, CPF schedule). Residential zone operation limited to city/school/church property with authorization, HOA invitation, snow cones/ice cream, private catering, or catering permit. Fire Dept has separate MFU guidelines PDF. Special event permits for park vending.
