Local Operating Rules

Annual mobile food permit $258. Fire suppression system required, inspected semi-annually. K-Class + 2A-10BC fire extinguishers required. McKinney Fire Department inspection for cooking equipment. No parking in residential areas except private events. Commissary agreement required.
