Local Operating Rules

Three-department process: Fire Marshal inspection (Mon 8:30-9:30 AM by appointment only), Environmental Services health permit, Development Services vendor permit ($100). Annual background check from Police Department required. Property owner authorization letter for each location. Seated dining requires commercial property with notarized restroom access.
