Local Operating Rules

Annual permit expires Jan 31, prorated by application date. Commissary required (homes cannot serve). Third-party commissary requires agreement form. Permits non-transferable. Unannounced inspections follow TFER. Must carry restroom agreement and commissary visit log on unit.
