Local Operating Rules

Fire inspection mandatory before permit — must meet San Marcos fire requirements regardless of prior inspections elsewhere. Propane units: annual pressure test by licensed plumber required. Must visit CPF daily for water, wastewater, trash, food prep. No public property vending without Parks approval.
