Local Operating Rules

Permit $50/yr. Bell County Health District dealer permit required first. Fire Marshal inspection mandatory (paid before scheduling). Approved zoning only: AG, TMED, O-1/2, GR, C, CA, LI, HI, limited MU. Paved private property only. 10ft from buildings, 20ft from entrances. No parks or city property.
