We are a gourmet fire roasted corn business that specializes in roasted potatoes and corn in unique flavors such as Garlic Herb Parmesan, Mexican Street, Creamy Lemon Pepper, and Buffalo Ranch, and more!

El Olomega is a family own food trucks catering business focused on delighting every guest with a genuine Salvadoran experience. We are proud to serve fresh, simple, delicious Salvadoran food, served in a comfortable, outdoor setting where everyone is welcomed as family and friends.
