Paratta offers the pure taste and exotic aura of the South Asian subcontinent. Our name comes from the flaky, buttery paratha (flatbread) that we use to wrap all our rolls. Using only the freshest of ingredients, dishes include lachha parathas, always made by hand using organic ghee; colorful slaw and chutney prepared daily the authentic way; and roll fillings made with 100% grass-fed wagyu beef, hand-cut chicken or local paneer and always marinated and smoked for 24 hours and then live grilled
